The hotel had good-sized rooms, but cleanliness could be improved with dust and spiders left for most of my stay in Lake Como. The service, especially from the bar staff, was excellent. The location was convenient as a base to explore the area but lacked welcoming touches in design. My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were clean and comfy, but unfortunately, the view turned out to be of dead flowers and weeds, mud, and bird droppings. The service was very pleasant and accommodating, with friendly staff available at Reception, the Bar, and the Restaurant. The location was stunning, overlooking the lake, but some parts looked a bit tired. The dining experience had a wide range of items to choose from, but some contained canned food and fruit, which was a bit disappointing.
