The hotel had good-sized rooms, but cleanliness could be improved with dust and spiders left for most of my stay in Lake Como. The service, especially from the bar staff, was excellent. The location was convenient as a base to explore the area but lacked welcoming touches in design. My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were clean and comfy, but unfortunately, the view turned out to be of dead flowers and weeds, mud, and bird droppings. The service was very pleasant and accommodating, with friendly staff available at Reception, the Bar, and the Restaurant. The location was stunning, overlooking the lake, but some parts looked a bit tired. The dining experience had a wide range of items to choose from, but some contained canned food and fruit, which was a bit disappointing.
The hotel had cozy rooms with good storage space and a decently sized shower room, despite the small shower cubicle. However, the lack of coat hangers was a drawback. During our holiday, the hotel offered an average room with a view that made up for it. The space, however, was limited due to the foldable extra bed. We noticed some noise at times, possibly because the room was previously a corridor.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were lovely, very clean, and modern, although the placement of the bed in the middle was not ideal for work. The food served at the buffet was not very fresh, but overall, the room was comfortable and modern.
